The Tevos India Hiring Index is computed from primary ATS data — job postings collected continuously and directly from company applicant-tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Darwinbox and peers). No surveys, no scraped aggregators, no third-party panels, zero contact or personal data.
- Corpus. 25,197 live roles across 874 companies at the last build.
- Construction. New postings are summed per complete ISO week across every tracked company; the index is the latest complete week divided by the trailing 4-week average, scaled to 100. The in-progress week is always excluded.
- Refresh. The page reads materialized build artifacts only — each panel shows its own as-of date. With fewer than 5 complete weeks of history, no index is published: silence beats spin.
- License. The index and this page's aggregates are CC-BY-4.0 — free to republish with attribution.
