Methodology.
All figures derived from the Tevos JD corpus — live job descriptions crawled directly from company ATS endpoints: Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Recruitee, Ashby, and more. We do not republish from aggregators. Salary figures extracted from structured compensation fields and parsed from JD body text using Tevos NER. k≥12 anonymisation floor applied to all salary figures — no bucket is published with fewer than 12 contributing postings. Data reflects roles indexed between January–April 2026 for companies hiring in India. Year-on-year comparisons use the equivalent H1 2025 corpus snapshot.
