3–5 hours, scoped to the actual role. We pay for your time.

References & offer

We call two references, then send an offer with the band published up-front.

≤ 14 days end-to-end From first reply to offer. We won't drag the process out, and you shouldn't either.
Comp transparency Bands published before you start interviewing. No "what are your expectations" games.
Work-sample is paid Standard rate for the level. You keep the work either way; we don't ship unpaid trial code.

The number, up front

Cash bands are published per role and per level — you'll see the number before the first call. Equity is meaningful early-stage and refreshed on tenure, not on negotiation. We don't claim to match FAANG cash and we don't pretend equity is lottery-ticket money. The deal is a fair number, a real ownership stake, and a calendar that respects your life.
