How is this different from LinkedIn Recruiter or a job board?

Most platforms rank candidates by keyword overlap or paid visibility. Tevos uses a cluster-aware semantic engine — a consultant profile never ranks for an engineering role, even when 20 keywords overlap. You see fewer candidates, and every one is relevant.

Where does your candidate pool come from?

Candidates sign up directly and complete a structured profile — skills with proficiency + years, CV, preferences. We do not scrape profiles from LinkedIn or buy lists.

Can I contact candidates before they apply?

Yes — the Invites flow lets you send a targeted outreach to any candidate whose public profile matches your role. They accept or decline on their side. All invites are tracked in your pipeline.

What about stealth-blocked candidates?

Candidates can block specific companies (including their current employer) from seeing their profile. If a candidate has blocked your company, you won't see them. This is a hard privacy guarantee, not a soft suggestion.

Do you do technical assessments?

Yes. Create role-specific assessments with multiple choice, short answer, or timed coding questions. MCQs auto-grade. Open-ended answers surface in a review queue.

Can we integrate with our ATS?

Outbound webhooks for pipeline state changes are on the 2026 roadmap. Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby integrations are also on the 2026 roadmap (Q3 target). Tell us what you use when you request access — we're prioritising integrations by what design partners actually run.

What does launch look like?

Beta access: you post 1–3 roles, we hand-tune the cluster vocabulary for any niche domain (VLSI, pharma sales, semiconductor, ESG). Full onboarding takes 1 week. No credit card until you go live.
