A short, time-limited quiz designed to filter for working knowledge — not memorisation.
Pass the threshold.
Score above the cut-off and your skill earns a Tevos Verify badge tied to your profile. Hands-on supervised audits with live anti-cheat are on the roadmap; today's audits trust the candidate.
Recruiters see the badge.
The badge sits on your profile next to the skill it audits, and recruiters can filter the queue to candidates who carry it.

Badges expire after 12 months. To keep a badge live on your profile, you sit the audit again — with the latest task pool.
Recruiters can dispute a badge in good faith. We re-run the audit on us and adjust the badge if warranted.
