Methodology.
All figures derived from the Tevos JD corpus — live job descriptions crawled from Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, Naukri, LinkedIn, and seven more ATS and aggregator sources. Salary figures extracted from structured compensation fields and parsed from JD body text using Tevos NER. k≥12 anonymisation floor applied to all salary figures — no bucket is published with fewer than 12 contributing postings. Data reflects roles indexed between January–April 2026 for companies hiring in India. Year-on-year comparisons use the equivalent H1 2025 corpus snapshot.
