Verified offers contributed by Tevos users + a public seed of compensation snapshots. Every cell is anonymised before it's stored. No employer, no exact city, no exact figures.
Why is your number different from Glassdoor / AmbitionBox?
Glassdoor and AmbitionBox are self-reported and gameable. Our corpus uses bucketed bands and a k≥12 floor — sparse cells aren't published until enough contributors land in them.
Will my offer ever leak?
Submitting the evaluator form sends your numbers only to our percentile API and back — nothing is written to the corpus unless you click Contribute and confirm.
Why this instead of LinkedIn or Naukri?
