Job Description
ANALYST L2
The responsibilities will include:
- Review incoming quote requests from representatives via CRM or emails.
- Analyze representatives’ requirements and specifications to create a quote.
- Utilize pricing guidelines and tools to generate accurate quotes. (Sales Force (SFDC), EBS Oracle, Admin Portal etc.)
- Collaborate with sales, EUC deal Team, DMT and pricing teams as needed to validate quote details when need it.
- Review feedback from representatives or customers on existing renewal quotes.
- Check for appropriate required approvals, if necessary, when a revision is created. Analyze reasons for quote revisions (e.g., pricing adjustments, changes).
- Communicate revisions to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
