Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Manpower cost control by improving productivity on the production line.
- Cost reduction through scrap, consumables, and manpower optimization.
- Departmental budget planning, monitoring, and cost control.
- SPR improvement above 90%.
- Defect data analysis and implementation of effective countermeasures.
- Market complaint analysis, resolution, and continuous monitoring.
- Leading the Assembly Manufacturing team to achieve PQCDSM targets.
- Ensuring timely delivery of products as per the production plan.
- Coordinating with internal/external departments and vendors for continuous improvements.
- Establishing and implementing new products for mass production.
- Adhering to training schedules for workers and staff.
- Managing manpower on a daily basis and resolving conflicts and disagreements.
- Motivating team members and reviewing the work and performance of subordinates.
- Conducting gap analysis for production losses, quality losses, and breakdowns.
- Ensuring synchronization of parts for different vehicle models.
