Your work profile:
- Seeking an experienced Performance Testing Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in NeoLoad to independently drive end-to-end performance testing engagements, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver performance optimization recommendations.
Key skills required:
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using NeoLoad.
- Plan and manage performance testing activities independently.
- Analyze performance results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare test strategies, workload models, test plans, and reports.
- Monitor application and infrastructure metrics during test execution.
- Support performance tuning and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and project leadership.
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of Performance Testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad with minumum 1 project experience in Neoload.
- Expertise in Load, Stress, Endurance, and Scalability Testing.
- Experience in performance monitoring and analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently lead performance testing assignments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Loadrunner, Neoload, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Qualifications:
- The candidate should have an educational background of BE / BTech
