Your work profile
- Solution Design & Configuration: Configure core SAP TM modules, including Freight Unit Building, Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, and Load Optimization.
- Charge & Settlement: Implement and manage Carrier Selection, Tendering, Charge Calculation, and Freight Settlement processes.
- Cross-Module Integration: Drive end-to-end integration between SAP TM and adjacent modules like SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Workshop Facilitation: Lead business requirement gathering, fit-gap workshops, and solution blueprint sessions.
- Documentation & Testing: Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), execute unit/integration testing, and resolve post-go-live stabilization issues.
Required Skills
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on functional experience in SAP TM implementation, rollout, or support projects.
- Project Lifecycle: Participation in at least 1–2 full-lifecycle end-to-end SAP TM implementations (S/4HANA environment preferred).
- Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of transportation logistics lifecycles, master data (zones, lanes, profiles), and organizational structures.
- Technical Interface Knowledge: Familiarity with IDocs, APIs, CIF (Core Interface), and Web Services integration logic.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
- Education: any Bachelors degree
