Job description
You should be someone who:→ Understands what makes a YouTube video click — and why it doesn’t.→ Lives and breathes social media trends across YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, Quora, Telegram and beyond.→ Can manage, mentor and push people to do their best work.→ Is equally comfortable discussing content, creators, processes, numbers and execution.→ Can bring structure to chaos without killing creativity.→ Has an entrepreneurial mindset — sees a problem and thinks, “I’ll figure it out.”→ Has the energy and hunger to build, experiment, learn and stretch when the job demands it.
EdTech experience is strongly preferred, especially if you’ve worked closely with teachers, educators or content creators.
