Key Skill Required

• Successful candidates will have a degree from a top-tier MBA, Engineering, BBA or B.Com.

• 8+years (M) of relevant business experience, and the ability to meet each of the following criteria:

• A strong and demonstrated interest in consulting specially in thinking through large andcomplex engagements

• Expert level of knowledge (SC or M) in telecom business, operating model, CVM, campaign operations, campaign tools, product & pricing strategies, marketing, sales-distribution, and data analysis techniques

• Background or experience (through coursework or employment) in TMT organization

• Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Leadership qualities, project management skills, and the ability to mentor

• Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently

Level & Experience:

• Consultant: 8 to 12 years relevant working experience

Location and way of working

• Base location: Gurugram

• Working from the office at least 3 days a week is mandatory, with a hybrid model tailored to each domain’s specific needs.
