Your Work profile:
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and delivery of large-scale enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performance application architecture aligned with business requirements.
- Drive project planning, delivery governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and quality assurance.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams comprising architects, developers, business analysts, QA, and DevOps engineers.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Support solution design, effort estimation, proposal preparation, and pre-sales activities as required.
Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Leadership, and Project Delivery.
- Strong experience in enterprise application architecture, microservices, REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.
- Experience in Government/Public Sector or large enterprise implementation projects will be preferred.
- Experience in delivering AI/ML or Generative AI (GenAI) implementation projects will be an added advantage
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and managing multiple concurrent project deliveries

Bachelor's degree or master's degree
