Design and development of Lift axle aggregate for HCV
Deliver aggregates as per QCDW (Quality, cost, delivery, weight) for projects. Good domain knowledge of lift axle, pneumatic circuit of lift axle, steered & non steered lift axle assemblies ,its kinematics, wheel alignment parameters like thrust angle, parallelism etc.
Handling product lifecycle activities for new projects/modification projects (CAD data proposal preparation, EBOM release activities etc)
Resolve build & validation concerns
Design allied activities like SOR,CIR, DFMEA, DVP, FTR preparation and signoff
DFMEA, DVP, APQP, 8D problem solving, DFA/DFS, NVH, VA/VE Techniques
Ensure Engineering Project Deliverables with TCP targets
