Job Summary:The CLCM Marketing Executive will manage customer lifecycle marketing initiatives across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and merchant growth. The role involves campaign execution, CRM marketing, merchant communication, and performance analysis to drive product adoption and revenue growth. A brief overview of the main duties and responsibilities of the position.
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp channels.

• Drive merchant/customer onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives.

• Manage campaign calendars and coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Creative teams.

• Track campaign performance metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness.

• Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities for Airpay products and services.

• Analyze merchant/customer behavior and customer journey data for actionable insights.

• Maintain CRM data quality and customer segmentation.

• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS and performance reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

• MBA in Marketing preferred. 1–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, digital marketing, fintech, banking, or SaaS sectors.
