Your work profile

We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director/Manager – AI Data Center MEP Design Manager to lead the design and engineering of next-generation AI-focused Tier IV data centers. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end mechanical and electrical (M&E) design strategy, ensuring resilience, scalability, and energy efficiency in high-density AI environments.

Key skills required:

• Tier IV Data Center Design & Engineering

• AI Data Center Infrastructure Design

• Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Design

• HVAC & High-Density Cooling Systems

• Electrical Power Distribution & Backup Systems

• AI/HPC Workload Infrastructur

Experience:

• Minimum 9-15 years in data center design, with recent hands-on involvement

• Proven experience designing Tier IV data centers (mandatory)

• Strong expertise in:

• Mechanical systems (cooling, HVAC for high-density environments)

• Electrical systems (power distribution, backup systems)

• Experience with AI/HPC workloads and high-density data centers

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Professional certifications preferred:

• Uptime Institute (ATD/ATS)
