Your work profile
Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead infrastructure transformation, virtualization and data center programs with strong expertise in VMware, Wintel and Oracle VM (OVM).
- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and virtualization projects.
- Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter upgrade, migration and optimization initiatives.
- Drive Wintel programs covering Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Failover Clustering.
- Lead Oracle VM (OVM) lifecycle, migration and modernization programs.
- Manage budgets, risks, project plans, governance and executive reporting.
- Collaborate with cloud, network, security and application teams.
- Lead major incidents, RCA reviews and service improvement initiatives.
- Mentor project managers, technical leads and engineers.
Key skills required:
- Education-Bachelors in Engineering
- 10+ years of IT Infrastructure experience.
- Strong expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter.
- Deep knowledge of Wintel infrastructure and Active Directory.
- Hands-on exposure to Oracle VM (OVM).
- Experience managing large transformation and migration programs.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor and financial management skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and infrastructure governance.
