operations, and Japanese-English business communication. Experienced in requirement gathering, business process discussions, user
stories, functional specifications, service request management, incident management, change requests, UAT support, and cross-functional
coordination. Successfully completed an onsite consulting assignment in Japan while working directly with Japanese stakeholders and
development teams. JLPT N2 certified with professional fluency in speaking, reading, writing, interpretation, and business discussions.
Also brings strong understanding and working familiarity with pharmacovigilance and Argus Safety terminology used across case intake,
safety data entry, case processing, quality review, and safety database workflows
