Your Work Profile
- Conduct ARCS demo/POC sessions by translating business requirements into tailored solution scenarios, contributing significantly to successful client acquisition and business wins
Design and implemented Transaction Matching solution for Mahindra.
Lead requirement gathering workshops with finance stakeholders for successful implementation delivery.
Configure Transaction Matching solution supporting automated matching of approx. 3 million transactions monthly including Match Types, Matching Rules, Formats, and Profiles based on business requirements.
Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand matching processes and recommend automation opportunities.
Coordinate SIT and UAT cycles and supported issue resolution activities.
Prepare design documents, configuration documents, process flows, and end-user manuals.
Supported deployment and user adoption activities during project go-live phases.
Investigate and resolved application issues to maintain close cycle timelines.
Perform testing and validation activities for system enhancements and changes.
