Job Description

Position: Digital Advertising Specialist (Paid Media)

Wipro Band: B1

Voice/ Non-Voice: Predominantly non-voice; periodic stakeholder interaction

Shift: Night shift (9.5 hours), primarily aligned to US business hours; specific shifts may vary by market and client requirements

Qualification: Graduate degree required; Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, Business, Analytics, Commerce, Technology, or related discipline preferred

Experience: 36-72 months

Experience Breakup: 3-6 years of relevant experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Video or Audio, media buying, media planning, performance marketing, digital advertising operations, or campaign management; hands-on campaign ownership strongly preferred

Essential Hiring Skills:

• Hands-on expertise in at least one core paid media discipline: Paid Search, Paid Social, or Programmatic Display, Video & Audio; campaign setup and trafficking; budget and pacing management; audience targeting; bid and inventory optimization; performance analysis; reporting; quality checks; troubleshooting; ability to independently manage campaigns from setup through optimization and reporting

Good to have Hiring Skills:

• Media buying and/or media planning experience; platform exposure to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms; agency, performance marketing, trading desk, or digital advertising operations background; Excel and presentation skills; relevant platform certifications

Trainable Skills:

• Client-specific products, platforms and workflows; intake and campaign governance process; reporting templates and dashboards; escalation matrix; documentation, quality and compliance standards

Responsibilities:

• Review campaign requirements and media plans; set up and traffic campaigns; configure targeting, budgets, bids and inventory; monitor pacing, delivery and performance; optimize campaigns against agreed objectives; conduct pre-launch and in-flight quality checks; troubleshoot delivery issues; prepare reports and performance insights; maintain accurate documentation; coordinate with internal and client stakeholders; comply with platform, process and governance standards
