Job Overview

The primary role of an Associate Analyst/Analyst is to support finance transformation projects by assisting with finance process assessments, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to transformation initiatives. As part of a project team, the individual will work closely with project leads and stakeholders to deliver high-quality advisory and transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support finance process reviews, operational assessments, and process improvement initiatives by gathering information, analyzing data, and identifying improvement opportunities

• Assist in documenting business processes, workflows, SOPs, policies, controls, and organizational structures to support transformation and governance initiatives

• Participate in client meetings, interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions to understand business needs and operational challenges

• Perform financial analysis, research, and business assessments to support recommendations on finance function improvements and operating model enhancements

• Support finance transformation and ERP implementation projects through process mapping, requirements documentation, testing activities, reporting, and user support

• Prepare presentations, reports, client deliverables, and proposals while collaborating with project teams to ensure successful delivery of consulting and advisory engagements

• Support firm-wide initiatives, practice development activities, and business development efforts

Requirements:

• Undergraduate in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Management or equivalent professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA) with strong academic credentials

• 0 – 2 years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, accounting, process improvement and auditing

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

• Proactive with a strong willingness to learn independently

• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word, etc.)

• Knowledge of digital finance technologies is an added advantage

• Willingness to travel based on project requirements
