Your work profile:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP FI Senior Consultant to support SAP Finance implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

• The candidate will be responsible for requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, issue resolution, and coordination with business and technical teams.

• Work as an SAP FI functional consultant across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional solution designs.

• Configure SAP FI based on business requirements.

• Provide functional expertise in:

• General Ledger (GL)

• Accounts Payable (AP)

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Asset Accounting (AA)

• Bank Accounting

• Taxation and Withholding Tax

• Intercompany Accounting

• Financial Closing

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal (ACDOCA).

• Configure and support integration between FI and MM, SD, CO, and other SAP modules.

• Prepare functional specifications for technical developments and work closely with ABAP teams.

• Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and support SIT and UAT.

• Analyze and resolve functional defects and production issues.

• Support data migration activities, reconciliation, validation, and mock/final cutover.

• Participate in cutover planning, go-live, and post-go-live support.

• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and user guides.

• Coordinate with business users and offshore/onshore teams.

• Conduct knowledge transfer and support junior consultants.

• Provide regular status updates on assigned workstreams and deliverables.

• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.

Key skills required:

• 6–10 years of overall SAP experience, with strong SAP FI experience.

• Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on SAP FI experience preferred.

• Strong experience in SAP FI configuration and support.

• Experience in at least one or more SAP FI implementation/rollout projects.

• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance.

• Strong knowledge of FI integration with MM, SD, and CO.

• Good understanding of accounting and finance processes.

• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and defect resolution.

• Experience working with business users and client stakeholders.

• Ability to independently manage assigned FI workstreams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.

• Experience with S/4HANA implementation or migration/conversion projects.

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications.

• Exposure to Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Cash Management.

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

• Knowledge of SAP migration tools and data reconciliation.

• Experience in global rollout projects.

Qualifications:

• B.E./MBA/CA/MCA
