Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Executive to handle day-to-day accounting for an auto dealership, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, inventory management, and vehicle deal/loan transactions. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely processing, and effective coordination with store managers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- - Post vendor invoices for spare parts, service repairs, and factory payables
- Manage AP automation to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Process customer receipts, deposits, and warranty remittances
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable balances
- Post bank transactions for multiple store accounts
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and align with the general ledger
- Reconcile parts and service-related inventory
- Track vehicle inventory and record related accounting entries
- Post new and used vehicle sales transactions
- Record financing, loan proceeds, payoffs, and related charges
- Monitor funding schedules and related financial transactions
- Maintain daily bookkeeping and accurate general ledger records
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate with store managers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies

Required Skills & Qualifications
- - Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations and inventory accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data validation and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Exposure to foreign accounting environment
- Prior experience in auto dealership accounting
- Fast learner with strong research and development (R&D) aptitude
- Confident decision-making ability with a proactive mindset
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as CDK, Tekion, or similar
