Your work profile:

• Experience in Business Development, Sales Management, Client Relationship Management

• Experience selling Oracle NetSuite, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other enterprise applications.

• Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of subscription-based SaaS licensing models.

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• Familiarity with Oracle partner ecosystem is preferred.

Desired qualifications/ certification

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Commerce, or related discipline.

• MBA preferred.

Key skills required

• 10–15 years of Enterprise Software Sales experience.

• Minimum 3–5 years of Oracle NetSuite or Cloud ERP sales experience.

• Proven success in achieving multi-million-dollar sales targets.

• Experience selling SaaS, ERP, CRM, Financial Management, or Cloud Business Applications.

• Strong understanding of ERP business processes including: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Planning & Budgeting, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to engage and influence senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
