Job description
- Customer Support and complete understanding of IAFIS application.
- Can attend calls from the Indian Army personals and guide/support them how to use IAFIS app, or help them in onboarding process.
- Assign ticket in ticket management solution
- Help in Co-ordination as per requirement
Education- Any Graduate
