Your work profile

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product initiatives by leading feature definition, user story creation, backlog prioritization, and requirements gathering. They will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery of product features using Agile methodologies. The role involves managing stakeholder communication, identifying risks and opportunities, maintaining key product metrics, supporting governance processes, and providing regular updates to senior leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives

Key Required skills

8 to 16 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related disciplines with strong expertise in requirement gathering, user story creation, backlog management, feature planning, and Agile delivery methodologies. Demonstrated ability to work closely with business and technology stakeholders, prioritize product initiatives, manage competing demands, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful delivery of business solutions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, governance, and analytical skills are essential, along with experience in tracking product performance metrics and managing risks, dependencies, and change requests

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to effectively manage and prioritize the product backlog, deliver high-quality user stories and requirements, and ensure timely execution of product initiatives. The role will be expected to maintain strong stakeholder alignment, drive effective cross-functional collaboration, proactively manage risks and dependencies, support governance compliance, and contribute to improved product outcomes through data-driven decision-making and consistent achievement of key business and product objectives.
