Support the Government in translating NEP 2020 priorities into actionable programmes, initiatives and implementation roadmaps.

Track progress of NEP-related initiatives across departments, institutions, districts and other implementing agencies.

Develop and maintain programme implementation plans, milestone trackers, dashboards and MIS.

Collect, validate and analyse programme data to assess progress against defined KPIs and outcomes.

Identify implementation gaps, bottlenecks, risks and dependencies and support development of corrective actions.

Coordinate with departments such as School Education, Higher Education, Skill Development, Technical Education and other relevant stakeholders.

Support preparation of agendas, presentations, briefing notes and analytical reports for senior government reviews.

Facilitate periodic review meetings and maintain action trackers, decision logs and follow-up mechanisms.

Undertake research and benchmarking of national and international best practices relevant to NEP implementation.

Support development/review of SOPs, guidelines, frameworks, operating models and implementation toolkits.

Assist in designing mechanisms for monitoring outcomes and impact, rather than only tracking activity-level progress.
