Content Creator Intern

Job Title: Social Media Intern
Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to support the marketing team at Mensa Brands. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing social media channels, creating content, and analyzing performance across multiple consumer brands.
Responsibilities:● Be open to appearing on camera for simple shoots, reels, or stories as needed to support content creation● Should have an active and public Instagram page with consistent content.● Handled and grown at least one Instagram page in the past – personal or professional.● Proficient in content creation – scripting, shooting, and editing short-form content.● Comfortable being in front of the camera.● Should be able to manage posting across multiple brand handles, adhering to brand tone and timelines.● Ability to spot emerging trends on social media and adapt/replicate them for the brand in a relevant and timely manner.● Familiar with social media apps and tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, scheduling tools, basic editing apps such as VN, Canva, Inshot).● Basic knowledge of copywriting and storytelling tailored for digital platforms.
Qualifications:● Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends● Excellent written and verbal communication skills● Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus● Comfortable being on camera for short-form video content● Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for brands and digital storytelling
