Accounts Receivable & Revenue Accounting - Associate

Role OverviewWe are hiring Associate to join our Accounts Receivable and Revenue Accounting team.You will manage Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and collections across all B2Band B2C sales channels, including E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Modern Trade, andTraditional Trade. A deep, specialized understanding of E-com/Q-com ecosystems and astrong drive to recover overdue outstanding balances are critical for this role.Key Responsibilities Multi-Channel Reconciliation: Perform end-to-end ledger matching andAccounts Receivable reconciliations across all online and oƯline sales networks. Marketplace Expense Accounting: Validate and account for platform-specificdeductions, including marketplace commissions, advertisement expenses,shipping fees, and brand-funded discounts. Revenue & Secondary Sales: Record primary revenue, manage secondary salesaccounting (aligning distributor/retail data with stock movements), and passaccurate monthly expense provisions for commercial closures. Overdue Collections: Actively drive monthly collection targets with a strict,aggressive focus on recovering overdue outstanding balances. Dispute Management: Identify short payments and unauthorized deductions.Raise and track disputes with e-commerce platforms, Q-commerce partners, andoƯline distributors until recovery.Required Qualifications & Experience Experience: 2 to 4 years of core experience in Accounts Receivable, revenueaccounting, and commercial reconciliations. Domain Expertise: Broad exposure to multi-channel sales environments, backedby deep, specialized expertise in E-commerce and Quick Commercereconciliation. Technical Skills: * MS Excel: Advanced proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, largedata handling) is mandatory.o ERP Systems: Experience with Zoho is highly preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or arelated field.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
 Collection Targets: Percentage of overdue outstanding balances recoveredmonth-on-month. Reconciliation Accuracy: Speed of resolving un-reconciled line items andclearing variances. Deduction Recovery: Success rate in recovering disputed or wrongfulmarketplace deductions.
