Role - Export Geography Product Onboarding ManagerWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an AssistantManager – Export Geography Product Onboarding. The role involves managing exportdocumentation, product onboarding, regulatory compliance, and coordination acrossinternational markets for FMCG products.Key Responsibilities● Manage end-to-end export product onboarding for international geographies.● Handle export documentation including dispatch requirements, shipping documentation,customs compliance, and country-specific regulatory requirements.● Coordinate product registration activities across export markets and ensure timelyapprovals.● Work closely with regulatory, supply chain, packaging, quality, and commercial teams toensure smooth product launches.● Ensure compliance with local certifications, labeling norms, and import/exportregulations for respective countries.● Track and maintain documentation related to product approvals, certifications, andexport records.● Liaise with external agencies, certification bodies, and distributors for productregistration and onboarding activities.● Monitor changing international compliance requirements and support implementationacross markets.● Support launch timelines by ensuring all onboarding and regulatory requirements arecompleted within defined timelines.Skills & Qualifications● Prior experience in cosmetic product compliance and export regulations will be highlypreferred.● Strong understanding of international product registration and export processes acrossmultiple geographies.● Experience working with Indian FMCG brands handling exports.● 4–5 years of experience in a similar export onboarding / regulatory / internationalcompliance role.

• Strong exposure to Export documentation, Dispatch and shipping compliance, Productregistration, Local certification requirements● Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.● Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.● Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.● Candidates with global certifications in product registration, regulatory approvals, orexport compliance will be preferred.● Industry Preference- FMCG, Cosmetics / Beauty & Personal Care, Consumer Products● Experience Range - 4–5 years
