Academic Background :- Diploma in Electrical
Experience :- Having 6-8 years of experience of Powertrain Machine Shop / Die casting/ Forging Shop/ Heat treatment Shop.
Key Responsibility & Accountability:-
- Good Knowledge of trouble shooting of electrical and mechanical problem.
- Good knowledge of new program writing / program modification / trouble shooting of Mitsubishi Q and iQr series PLC with advance MOV command.
- Good knowledge of new program writing / program modification / trouble shooting of Mitsubishi GOT 1000 / 2000 Series.
- Trouble shooting of Mitsubishi VFD and Mitsubishi servo motor and Drive (MR-J-3, MR-J-4)
- Hands-on experience on Omron RFID installation. Omron Proximity switch, Omron Reed switch Omron laser sensor and Omron Advanced distance sensor, Pressure switches setting and installation.
- Trouble shooting and teaching of Giken Gantry system.
- Trouble shooting of various CMM, HMC, CNC (Sugino washing machine, Okuma, NTC Komatsu, Makino, Ysunaga, JTek Grinding etc.) machines and parameter upload download and modification.
- Knowledge of CC Link, CC Link IE Field, Andon, SCADA, MES Systems.
- Troubleshooting Hydraulics and pneumatics, Pumps.
- Having sound knowledge of various CBM techniques.
- Having knowledge of Fanuc, Yaskawa robots.
- Understanding of Mechanical and Hydraulic Presses
- Understanding of various induction oven and Metalizing plant.
- Able to handle the team size of 15-20 team members including Associates and BCs’.
- Preventive maintenance planning, scheduling and execution.
- KAIZEN, Poka-Yoke, energy saving projects.
- Spare part planning and spare management.
- RCA, MTTR, MTBF.
- MIS preparation and presentation.
