Job Description - (Key Responsibility &
Accountability)
1.Knowledge and experience of Time and Motion study and its implementation
- Ability to identify waste reduction and take corrective action .Understanding of
Time and motion study, ability to identify waste in 4M.
- Pro efficiency in AUTOCAD and EXCEL is must. Able to make layout in AUTOCAD,
MOST
- Knowledge of Jig & fixture , Flow rack and material handling devices .
5.Should have hands on experience of Shop floor 5S, Kaizen , Time and motion study ,
Karakuri , 3G, 3k, 5 Why, 5W1H , Pokayoke, CLW and Andon.
- Should have positive frame ,discipline and safety conscious mind set.
- Should able to do liaisoning with interdeparment for smooth function of operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of ISO 14000 compliance
