AIC AUDIT - Job Description (Key Responsibility & Accountability)
- He shall have work experience in Quality function especially in Manufacturing process audit.
- He shall be working in an Auto/Auto ancillary division.
- He shall have knowledge of QMS ISO 9001-2015.
- He shall have basic knowledge on manufacturing processes related to press, weld, paint, assembly, engine and power train shops.
- He must have good auditing skills related to process adherence in accordance to drawing and process instructions.
- He must be able to audit the shops to verify the countermeasures and validate the effectiveness.
- He shall have good understanding of Change management system and shall be able to validate the shop’s systems are adequate.
- He shall have good vehicle knowledge and shall be able to understand the defects pertaining to processes.
- He shall be able to analyze the processes to understand whether the desired quality from the process can be achieved or not.
- He shall be able to study drawings to identify change points during new model development to make system for inspection at quality gates.
Some extent of work background in weld shop is an added advantage
Shift Manager -Manufacturing Quality-Job Description (Key Responsibility & Accountability)
- He shall have work experience in Vehicle Inspection.
- He shall be working in an Auto/Auto ancillary division.
- He shall be responsible for handling the inspection team of vehicle quality in static condition.
- He is responsible for ensuring quality inspection check items are being properly adhered by inspectors as per defined standards.
- He must have knowledge of vehicle quality related to appearance, electric function, controllers, regulatory requirements and passenger’s safety parameters.
- He must have knowledge of manufacturing processes related to press, weld, paint and assembly shops.
- He must lead the team to empower inspection skills to improve the direct pass rate of final vehicle inspection gate.
- He shall be able to understand the defects and analyze the probable causes to verify at a quick pace to clear vehicles from being hold.
- He shall be able to study DTC errors and identify solutions to resolve.
- He shall be able to make and present holistic data using deep dive methodology.
- He shall be able to work in a team environment with positive thinking and deliver results.
