Job description
Knowledge required:
1. In depth knowledge and hands on experience inGear/shaft hard machining
2. Working experience on Gear & shaft Manufacturing operations like –
cylindrical grinding operation,cone grinding operation,operating knowledge of Jtekt and Shigiya grinding is must
3. Knowledge of Gear parameter measurement (Contour inspection, Lead and profile, roundness)
4. Exposure to Problem solving tools.
5. Knowledge about Quality management systems and process audit
6. Complying with ISO 9001:2015 accreditation requirements
7. Knowledge of Spare parts and equipment preventive maintenance management.
8. Manpower handling skill
