Required Qualification - B.Tech Mechanical
The following skills required for production engineering for Body Paint shop
- Working experience in Production Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering for Robot programming, teaching modification, Paint Shop equipment like Top coat booth, oven and work area.
- Hands on experience of Robot Painting programming & teaching (preferably Yaskawa)
- New model development/ introduction & new color introduction
- Spec sheet making, equipment order, P&I drawings check, Installation & Punch point countermeasure.
- Prepare equipment installation and modification plan and schedule.
- Painting Process, Quality and appearance parameters knowledge
- Paint material (Primer, Base, Clear, Thinners) knowledge
- Knowledge of Auto CAD/ NX for Jigs drawing or equipment modification drawing making
- Robot Teaching & Programming - Yaskawa
- Working experience in Automobile Paint Shop (preferably OEM)
- Experience of Paint shop Production Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering
