Job description
Knowledge required:
1. In depth knowledge and hands on experience inSleeve machining
2. Working experience on Gear & shaft Manufacturing operations like –
Turning, Hobbing, shaping, broaching, spline rolling, shaving, cylindrical grinding operation.
3. Knowledge of Gear parameter measurement (Contour inspection, Lead and profile, roundness)
4. Exposure to Problem solving tools.
5. Knowledge about Quality management systems and process audit
6. Complying with ISO 9001:2015 accreditation requirements
7. Knowledge of Spare parts and equipment preventive maintenance management.
8. Manpower handling skill
