Trainee

Key Responsibilities:
Machine Maintenance & Repair:● Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues onfurniture production machines.● Maintain and repair CNC machines, lathes, routers, saws, sanders, and drillingmachines.● Diagnose and resolve machinery problems to minimize production downtime.Preventive Maintenance:● Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks to avoid machine failures.● Inspect critical machine components such as belts, motors, gears, and lubricationsystems.● Ensure that all machinery meets safety and operational standards.Training & Communication:● Provide training to machine operators on proper usage and maintenance of machinery.● Communicate machine issues and repairs with the production team to avoid downtime.● Ensure all machines are operated and maintained in accordance with safety standardsand protocols to prevent accidents and hazards.
Key Requirements:
Technical Skills:● Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery used in furniture production.● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and machine manuals.● Experience working with CNC machines and other automated equipment
