We’re opening a Community Lead – Marketing position, and it’s a critical one for us. This person will build and nurture the KLAY parent community from the ground up.The role goes beyond traditional marketing—it’s about creating meaningful connections with parents through thoughtful content, engaging activities, and consistent interaction.
You’ll shape how families experience KLAY outside the classroom.
What you’ll do:• Build and grow a strong parent community• Drive engagement through events, campaigns, and content• Act as the voice of KLAY for our parent ecosystem• Create a sense of belonging and trust among families
We’re looking for someone who understands parents, storytelling, and community-building at a deep level—not just execution.
