Role Summary-Regional Marketing resource who will take care of hyperlocal marketing and lead generating activities to drive demand for the different KLAY programs

• Identifying pockets of market which require additional on-ground marketing support along with the regional team· Implementing installation of outdoor media properties like pole boards, banners, direction boards, society & mall branding along with concerned vendors· Executing BTL promotional activities at apartment societies, retail outlets, malls like exhibition stalls, kiosks and other demand generation activities· Building alliances with other brands who work with similar parent audience for brand partnership promotions and sponsorships· Conducting marketing events at KLAY centres, apartment societies targeted at parents and other decision makers· Forging alliances with K12 schools for afterschool admission demand generation· Supporting in installation of exterior and interior visual branding of KLAY centres· Identifying and working with local vendors for printing and installation of all the marketing visual merchandise elements· Addressing demand and parent enquiries that get generated out of the above activities, qualifying the lead as valid and passing it on to relevant admission counsellors within KLAY
