Co-ordinator- Regulatory & Energy Settlement

Role and Responsibilities:

o Overall Responsibility of Energy Settlement process involving Vendor, DISCOM/ TRANSCO/ State Utilities, Energy Regulation Commissions, SLDCs, F&S agencies & Client. This is a central co-ordination role, requiring frequent travel to DISCOM / SLDC offices of different states, Open Access Site / Plants etc.

o Vendor management for Energy Settlement Process – selection, empanelment, monitoring & review, WO / payment processing etc.

o Co-ordination with Site teams for JMR, Credit Note & other formalities, review & monitor timely completion of tasks.

o Co-ordination with Forecasting & Scheduling Agencies regarding Deviation Settlement with LDCs & ensure proper accounting.

o Co-ordination with Vendor, DISCOM / TRANSCO, SLDC for Energy Banking & Settlement.

o Co-ordination with internal teams for Invoicing & Collection of Sale of Energy to clients.

o Relationship management with Clients – query resolution & support related to energy utilisation, banking, settlement etc.
