Site In-Charge – Wind & Bop - Open Access Plant (Asset Management)

• Overall Operations management of Open Access Wind- Solar hybrid Plants / Wind Plants including BOP (Balance of Plant) or Power Evacuation facilities.

· Build and maintain relationships with Local / Site level EB / DISCOM / Transco officials, different Statutory & Regulatory authorities, Local administration & other Government authorities. Act as a key focal point to resolve any issues pertaining to Wind Solar hybrid plant / Site.

• Selection, deployment & evaluation of O&M service provider, Security Services provider, F&S service provider & other service providers / vendors & ensure delivery of contractual / agreed terms.

• Proper take-over of Plant from Project Execution team / Contractor.

• Ensure proper Plant level monitoring of WTGs, ensure O&M contractual obligation thru timely intervention / interaction with OEM / Service provider, monitoring & control of plant O&M activities.

• Regular interaction & input to Forecasting & Scheduling Agency and ensure minimum error in forecasting.

• Material & Spares management – Ensure availability of budgeted spares at site / plant warehouse. Disposal of scrap as per guideline.

• Management of Testing & Calibration of plant equipment / devices / tools.

• Maintain & update all plant related documents.

• Provide necessary input to Customer Relations, Revenue & Receivable collection teams.

• Coordination and interaction with OA project development / Execution teams

• Customer interaction regarding site / plant related matters / queries.

• Ensure all Statutory & Regulatory compliance for FP or SPV & deployed vendors, maintain / update Legal Register.

• Support / co-ordinate quality & other audits.

• Follow EHS / ESG guidelines / initiatives & establish systems, maintain / update records (including but not limited to PTW, LOTO system, use of PPEs, JSAs, Toolbox talks etc.)
