responsibilitiesTypical responsibility lines you can include in a JD are:• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and schedule timely repairs. • Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to Minimize downtime. • Troubleshoot and repair faults in machinery, basic electrical circuits, and building components (doors, windows, fixtures). • Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies and update maintenance records/CMMS. • Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and company policies, and report hazards or incidents. Required skills and qualifications

• ITI/diploma or similar in mechanical, electrical, or related field, plus 1–3 years of maintenance or facilities experience. • Technical skills in basic electrical work, mechanical repair, plumbing, and HVAC support; ability to read manuals/drawings. • Soft skills: problem-solving, communication, time management, and willingness to work shifts or be on call.
