Key ResponsibilitiesWrite, maintain & execute test cases for studio games on mobile (Android/iOS/Kindle) and web platform covering the majority of devicesConduct functional and non-function testing of Desktop and Mobile applications, including network data and logs.Work closely with scrum team, producers and QA lead/ Manager to make sure submission meets high-quality standards.Actively communicate with developers and business stakeholders for conducting defect triage and reducing defect age.Provide defects root cause analysis along with corrective & preventive action planWork in an agile environment and ensure timely product delivery.Have a detailed understanding of studio games covering various corner cases. Prepare test documentation to improve the quality of the application.
What We’re Looking For1-3 year of experience in Gaming/Software testingPassionate about gaming and must enjoy playing casual gamesGaming domain experience - Battle Royal, Racing, Casual games (preferred the most)Good understanding of client-server architectureFamiliarity with mobile platforms from a QA perspectiveExperienced in test design & execution techniquesExperience with these or similar tools — Charles Proxy, DDMS, ADB, Firebug, Fiddler, Jira, Test Rail,Ability to write QA documentation -Test cases, Training, Test plansGood exploratory testing skills and knowledge to apply the right level of testing approachGood knowledge of testing processes and understanding Agile methodologiesExperience working in an Agile development environment would be an advantageBasic knowledge of SQL and database conceptsExperienced in testing mobile (iOS/Android/Kindle) would be an advantageMust have good written and verbal communication in English
