Supply Chain and Logistics International Operations Executive in Ecommerce

Role OverviewMosaic is a fast growing cross-border e-commerce company operating across UAE, UK and KSA marketplaces. We are seeking ahighly organized and execution-focused International Operations Executive to support inventory management, marketplaceoperations, fulfilment execution, and stakeholder coordination across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities: Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Trendyol and D2C channels. Maintain inventory accuracy and drive replenishment planning. Execute daily fulfilment activities and ensure SLA adherence. Support demand planning through sales reporting and analysis. Coordinate with customer support, warehouse and logistics stakeholders. Ensure SOP compliance and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications 1 to 2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management or Supply Chain Operations. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Portal. Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualification: Exposure to cross-border ecommerce logistics. Understanding of VAT and compliance documentation. Experience coordinating with 3PL and warehousing partners.
