Role Overview
Own and drive the end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution for Time Master and Wake-Up Monitor software, ensuring release readiness through measurable quality, robust automation, and traceable verification.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the test strategy, test plans, and release quality gates (unit/integration/system/regression).
- Lead test execution across teams, leading by example; plan resources, schedules, environments, and test cycles.
- Own defect triage and quality reporting (KPIs, trends, root cause themes, readiness summaries) to stakeholders.
- Drive test automation and continuous integration.
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and processes (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 29119 where applicable).
