Plant Performance
- Continuous monitoring of plant to achieve desired plant performance.
- Inverter-wise Plant Monitoring of Plants and posting on the service group.
- Maintaining plant uptime, and month-on-month plant performance comparison, optimization of manpower to close complaints within SLA.
- Use of new technologies to improve Plant Performance.
- Plant performance improvement action plan with RM once a week
- Filling of loss dashboard
- Work on-time updating of internal tools
Operation and maintenance
- Ensuring maintenance of the plants (MTTR and MTBF)
- Monitoring, Analytics & Reporting
- Ensuring of Thermal imaging, earth resistance testing
- Preventive maintenance based on schedules.
- Corrective maintenance on time
- Team monitoring for the cleaning activities.
- Collection of vendor invoices on time for the payment process
- Submission of RCA against the faults
Internal & External Communication

- Handling of issues escalated by customers.
- Meeting with customers for business relations, and discussion on issues and queries.
- Communication with the team on policies and updates -100%
- Visit customers once a month taking feedback about the plant.
Team Building Training and Development Program
- Ensure for attend technical training.
- Ensure delivery of technical training
- Case studies discussion on failure
ESG Compliance
- Ensure Safe working environment at plants.
- Planning and controlling measures for water consumption
- Ensuring Safety equipment and PPEs are available for his zone.
- Ensuring safety audits

Qualification:
BE-Electrical or BTech Electrical and Electronics
Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience
Technical Knowledge:
Electrical and Electronics, Solar Working Experience
