Job Description:
- Draft, review, negotiate and finalize various documents including power purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, etc.
- Review, negotiate and finalize various financing documents for project financings and corporate level financings
- Advising on stamp duty payable for various transaction documents
- Interacting with clients and external counsels to negotiate and finalize legal documents
- Drafting and reviewing all condition precedent and condition subsequent documents
- Assisting on transactions pertaining to financings at the group level
- Rendering legal advice to various business teams from time to time
- Any other legal or compliance related matters as may be required
