Key Responsibilities✔ Lead and mentor a team of legal associates✔ Manage end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)✔ Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts including NDA, MSA, SOW, Procurement, SaaS, etc.✔ Provide paralegal support in Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Lemon Law, and Employment Law matters✔ Handle and support Lemon Law case review, documentation, legal research, and compliance✔ Drive process improvements, compliance, and stakeholder management✔ Work with CLM platforms such as Icertis, DocuSign, Ironclad, LinkSquares, and similar toolsWe’re Looking For✅ Strong CLM expertise and contract negotiation skills✅ Team management and leadership experience✅ Excellent legal drafting, communication, and analytical skills✅ Knowledge/experience in Lemon Law and related legal matters✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment🌟 Ready to take the next step in your legal career?
