General Description
We are looking for a responsible Regional Safety Officer to facilitate compliance with the organizational health and safety guidelines. The person will provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations & will also be on a constant lookout for violations.
Main Responsibilitiesü Implementation of Health and Safety Policies across Region.ü Audit/Risk assessment/Inspection of all the Centres with respect to infrastructure safety/electrical safety in the Region as per scheduleü Audit & Risk assessment for newer centre prior to reopening/launch in the regionü Ensure/coordinate various Trainings conducted in the region as per schedule – Fire drill & evacuation, Covid safety, first aid, POCSO etc.ü Ensure compliance documents in place as requiredü Transport & Food Safety through regular Audits and action in place timelyü Induction to new staff in the Region on Health & Safetyü Ensure Covid Safety protocols implemented across the Regionü Liasoning with Corporate SPOCs for Safety measures/protocols implementation at Corporate Centresü Investigate incident, near miss incident, accident - analyse route cause of the same & take preventive measures to stop reoccurrence
